MassHire South Shore provides publicly-funded career services to registered employers hiring within the state and in good standing with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. What Can We Do For You?
MassHire South Shore is your workforce partner, ready to assist with various expansion and retention strategies. We can also help you with accessing grants aimed at upgrading the skills of your current workers, so that you retain talent and become more strategically positioned in the competitive marketplace.
Through our Career Center, you have access to a number of high-quality Business Services and to thousands of local job seekers. Services include:
- Posting your open positions to the MassHire statewide database, JobQuest, and distributing roles to job seekers, Career Center staff, partner agencies, and community organizers
- Pre-screening applicants and connecting qualified candidates to your organization
- Hosting or facilitating on-site and virtual Job Fairs and Recruitment Events
- Meeting with you on-site to perform in-depth assessments
- Providing information on relevant Labor Market Information, grants, tax incentives, and other programs
- Distributing industry briefings and updates on State initiatives
- Accessing Rapid Response assistance for businesses in transition, expanding or downsizing
