If a job lists a “referral” option, it is an opportunity to be screened for the role in question by a MassHire South Shore staff member before being passed directly to a hiring representative of the posting employer. Applicants must be registered on JobQuest to be eligible for referral. Referrals are made by request only following a confirmed application and are subject to approval.
